Any type of war (relationship fights, land fighting, civil war, mental war, and a destructive war between two countries) first makes us realise loss.
This loss can be of any kind, and loss is considered inevitable in war.
War of any kind and of any level always decides the future strategy in the present.
Whether the war is internal or external, the first to die is “truth.”
In domestic troubles, wars between couples arise due to the reluctance to accept the truth.
Similarly, in mental battles, a person does not accept the truth, which causes him to experience sorrow. In this mental war, the truth loses the fight.
Whatever the nature of the fight, the first to die is the truth.
This unsatisfactory situation arises when one of the two parties ignores the truth. One party uses force to get its point across, and the other party raises its voice to protect the truth but later forgets the truth in order to win.
Every war has been fought, is being fought and will continue to be fought with the help of lies.
When does internal conflict or feeling of revenge arise in any country? When ideological differences arise between people of two or more communities, and the government is unable to resolve them.
In any war, the truth that was the reason for the war to be started takes a different form, and it no longer remains the whole truth.
Thereafter, the terrible consequences that take place during the war are ignored.
This seems like a kind of crushing of the truth.
For example, if we look at it today, if a war has started between two countries, then global activities are definitely behind it. Border dispute is the main reason for any deadly war that starts between any two neighbouring countries.
Global strategy, the growing power of a country, struggle for supremacy, reasons for becoming a nuclear power, struggles that have been going on since history; there can be many reasons for violence between two countries, but the truth amidst violence is that innocent people lose their lives, children become orphans, women become widows, and rape is seen as a sweet for the army in war.
All this happens, and in today's times, many rules have been made for fighting wars, but are those rules really followed?
No! Never and nowhere, because the only goal is to win the war, and one country wants to panic the other by any means.
Whether children die or become helpless in war does not matter to anyone.
In those difficult times, no country comes forward to openly help the country weakened by war. It is just like when two neighbours fight, and the rest of the people around keep watching.
Talking about the recent war, millions of people are facing torture due to the ongoing dispute between Ukraine and Russia. If we look at the origin of the war, it is a dispute over Ukraine's entry into NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, a military alliance established on 4 April 1949)1, and today, NATO itself is basically nowhere to be seen in this war, directly or indirectly.
To pull your hand back after provoking a country to war is like hurting the truth.
Providing weapons for war is not enough; what about the women who are waiting for their husbands and sons? What about the children who are no longer in this world? What about the orphans and helpless old parents who will now give up their lives crying?
And this is not the condition of Ukraine alone; Russia is also burning in the fire of this oppression.
You will find many horrifying pictures of war on YouTube, but nothing happens with just movies. This is the present of the consequences of war, and it will become history.
Who cares about these sad movies, only that will matter.
So far, in this war between Russia and Ukraine, there have been 5,678 deadly attacks on schools and hospitals in Ukraine2 3, in which more than 5514 children have been killed.
And somewhere, it might be true for Russia as well.
This is against the rules of war, and this truth is dead for the whole world and is very wrong. This truth will remain only for those parents who have lost their little children forever.
Grief camps are being organised all over Ukraine.
Orphans are being educated there and taught to fight these situations.
This war would not have happened if there had been no stubbornness between the two countries; this war was the result of stubbornness, display of power, and being too dependent on others.
Just imagine if you had to leave your home, where you grew up, where you learned to study, where you have friends, where you have very good memories, where your dreams for the future are connected, where you nurtured your dreams with your family. How would you have felt?
In Ukraine, people are crying and leaving their homes every day, walking 100 miles with their children on their backs. Is truth alive there?
Earlier wars were fought face to face, but with time, this cruelty increased.
In the first war, women were destroyed, and now, even children and older adults are not being spared. Has truth not died here? With every explosion, the hope of living life happily is also dying.
Thank you for reading another Substack post of mine. I hope you liked it and that it has offered you a valid point on how any war kills the truth, not so in a freakish way but in a steady and humble way.
