Starting today, Mind, Soul, Body, and the Breath is launching a new series called A Minute’s Breath.
This series will share a short wisdom based on the realisation that comes in unexpected moments. Or you can say, a whisper in our ear from our unconscious to the conscious to understand a particular situation.
It will be published every Wednesday and requires only a minute to read.
The purpose behind this is to share shared human experiences and improve our mind, soul, body, and breath a little more without overwhelming ourselves.
Hence, a move towards building a better life and a better community.
